Please fill out the family information form so that we have the correct youth activity, parent email, phone number, etc. A primary parent or guardian is required to complete this form. *This only needs to be completed by ONE parent.

To sign up for events, we kindly ask that you use Band. It is important that ALL volunteers have a Band account and set it up correctly (please have “IFA- Primary Parents Name” in bio). Children under 18, please add “(Y)”.

Please note- you will not be accepted to join until an admin has spoken to you.

Watering Roots Inc. Board of Directors established bylaws in January 2025, which remain unchanged.

The Family Contribution is an annual requirement and is allocated to the Watering Roots General Fund.
